Very clean and easy check in. Great value for the location. Wouldn’t consider this a “luxury” apartment complex as it states on the property name but it’s clean and nice for the location. Tod was a gracious host and was fast at responding.

Tod was an excellent host! My boys slept well on the pullout bed in the living room and my husband and I found the bed nice and comfortable. The apartment had all the basics we needed. I appreciated there being extra rolls of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc. We ordered delivery a couple times during our stay and never had any issue with the delivery person finding the place. My husband and kids were happy with the size of the tv and access to their favorite shows. We enjoyed visiting area attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, Fernbank Museum of Natural History, Tellus Science Museum, Ponce City Market/Skyline Park, and the Center For Puppetry Arts. The Puppetry Arts museum is located within walking distance of the apartment. I will definitely be recommending Tod’s place to any friends visiting Atlanta.
