Cute unit in a multi-unit building. I believe there were 4 units, with shared walls with two of them. We could occasionally hear kids and parents yelling in the other units, but it wasn't disruptive, and was very quiet at night. The location was good, also seemed safe and quiet. The unit had everything we needed. We weren't given any checkout cleaning instructions so hope leaving linens and bedding in the washer/laundry room was ok. My only complaint would be the parking. I drive a large vehicle and the parking lot is very cramped. The unit is assigned 2 spots that were only available sometimes, but there was always other open spots. I was able to park parallel to the unit on some gravel alongside the fence, and nobody seemed to get upset. I usually check parking before renting, so this is my fault. Other than parking, which we were able to figure out, this is a great space to rent while in Emporia!

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized. You could tell that Joni made sure that the home is very clean. I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day!

Very good place overall , but if you plan on cooking definitely take your own pots and utensils and spices had absolutely very little but we got by and it was good overall!
