The flat is perfectly positioned on the edge of Yarm high street with river views and private parking. The flat itself is on the top (3rd) floor in a quiet building and is stylish, well equipped and comfortable. There are lots of thoughtful touches in case you've forgotten anything - like phone and toothbrush chargers. We were staying over Christmas and Jackie had really gone the extra mile with a Christmas tree and other decorations which was lovely as well as a very generous and festive welcome hamper. Jackie was incredible responsive to any queries and really helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

The apartment is clean and spacious and in a lovely location just over the bridge from the town centre. It has everything needed for a stay including a lovely welcome pack and some nice festive decorations 🙂 Jackie is easy to get hold of and a responsive host…. Would be happy to stay again when visiting this part of the country..

Jackie’s apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming. We appreciated the milk, tea coffee and the crisps, cake & biscuits she provided. The apartment is in a location just a very short walk from Yarm High Street and on the path of the Teasdale Way. Jackie was a very responsive host and although we didn’t need to contact her during our stay I feel confident that any issues would be attended to promptly. We hadn’t realised that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and that this meant a climb up a number of stairs to the apartment door. The view of the river from the main bedroom was possible because of this but it’s not really a feature of the apartment.
