Great location! I would highly recommend staying at the Blanket House while in Albuquerque!
Clean. Convenient location. Great light. Courtyard. All necessary paper goods, plastic wrap, foil, coffee filters, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, hand soap. Extra towels. Comcast Xfinity. Comfortable couch and loveseat. All necessary cooking tools flatware and dishes. Neighborhood comfortable for walking, historic homes and two excellent restaurants (Artichoke Cafe and The Range). Songbirds in the courtyard but quiet otherwise. We will book again for next year.

Great location near convention center. We came for a conference and we were a bit concerned about staying near downtown. This location is perfect. We walked to the conference and back daily (chose the route wisely) without any issues. Close to the highway just perfect location. Clean spacious and comfy. Grill available and works great. Awesome kitchen amenities. Highly recommended. Remember only one bath so for patient renters.
Basically coming from Santa Fe to Albuquerque was a let down. Safety of the city noise of "the fourth" both issues the owner had no control over. I was very grateful for the piano and the music in the bench. But noise level needs to be modified buy some means to decrease the echo and facilitate communication without overwhelming one another. It takes a few days to learn the city but I found it to be much less safe as Santa Fe for elderly and deaf patrons. (Not in your control) I would have preferred softer more comfortable living room furniture...leather/nauga hide gets tacky in the summer. Outside lounge area was an excellent place to start the day together. It would benefit from a summer cleaning and removal of spider webs and leaves to avoid the clutter of them being brought into the house. The safety of the floors in non slip tile in the bathroom was a big plus for elderly (as we are) guests with safety issues. Stability bars in shower would be a "geriatric guest plus". Thanks

I like to ride my little dirt bike, build things, talk to my goats, play sports, and hike the desert.
