Perfect place for a weekend stay. Great location near to Newport and wonderful restaurants in Middletown. Brian was very proactive, contacting us several times to ensure that everything was OK.

We adored our stay!! We were in town for a wedding and the spot was perfect! Close to church and reception but still quiet and removed. Brian was awesome to work with! Answered any and all questions quickly and, when we met in person, was just a terrific guy! The home was GREAT! It was clean (a biggie for me!), fresh, and felt brand new. It was just enough space for us (husband and me) and had everything we needed. We appreciated the guest book with all kinds of recommendations for restaurants. Sadly, we only had time to try 2 but they were wonderful! If you are in the Newport area and need a cozy space that isn't the pricey hotels, please check this spot out. Thank you Brian!

This cozy cottage exceeded the expectations! Perfect stay and we even got to meet Brian the host who was super friendly! Brian leaves a book with awesome recommendations and it really felt like we were staying right on the beach with the beautiful beachy decor! This cottage was close to the beaches and downtown Newport, perfect location! We enjoyed our stay and even utilized the scrabble he left out for us! Would 100% stay here again! Run don't walk to book your stay at this cute cottage!
