Enjoy our yet comfortable cottage on our 3 1/2 acre property in Tawonga South/Mount Beauty. Located on an old orchard, this cottage sits separately behind our main house with its own, private courtyard in an established garden setting. This property offers a uniquely styled getaway amongst large rural properties. The property is walking distance to cafes, pubs, restaurants and the river. Enjoy skiing and snowboarding in winter and mountain biking, fishing and hiking in summer. The cottage has it's own courtyard and outdoor seating along with views to the wider garden area. Inside is a separate bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and day bed. The living area has a sofa bed for extra guests with linen provided upon request. There is a smart TV with free wifi. The dining table seats four and we have some books and games to keep you entertained. The kitchen has basic cooking facilities including a plug in cooktop and pots and pans. There is no oven, but we have an air fryer, microwave, bbq and dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk in shower and washing machine. The space is quiet, bright and peaceful with privacy curtains and block out blinds in the bedroom. Outside there is a large rear garden that you can enjoy and just down the road is the Simmonds Creek where you can wander. Please respect all fenced areas as these are our private spaces.
