We absolutely loved the apartment and how amazing Roberta was! She is hands down the best Airbnb host we’ve had. She’s friendly, responsive and very kind. She met us at the boat stop and personally walked us to the apartment & showed us around. The apartment itself is very spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, centrally located & above all beautifully decorated. Despite being in the Realto area, it’s tucked away and very quiet. Every window faces a small canal, we loved seeing the gondolas go by. Roberta was also very flexible during check out, letting us leave our bags at the apartment since our flight was in the evening. We loved our week in Venice all thanks to this amazing place & will be back!

Just returned from a wonderful week in Venice. I have never posted reviews before but on this occasion I think it is worth it as I would highly recommend Roberta’s apartment. It’s location is fantastic - halfway between the Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square making access to all the districts in walking distance and boat terminals close by. The apartment is spacious, clean with modern bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. It overlooks a small canal and waking to the passing Gondola’s and singing boatmen in the mornings was an added delight. Roberta gave us reliable directions on arrival and met us off the boat at the Rialto Bridge despite it being 10 pm at night and walked us to the apartment which wasn’t too far given the suitcases we had taken ! She explained everything clearly and made herself fully available by text if we needed anything/advice which we didn’t but it was nice to know she was available if we needed it. Excellent choice for a couple on a romantic trip .

Roberta greeted us warmly on arrival in Venice and showed us a whole host of things to do, organised in a wonderful little booklet. It was sparkling clean, best location you could ask for and Roberta was so helpful with her instant replies (especially when we got locked out :) ). Would recommend for anyone looking to have an authentic Venetian experience and will definitely come back. Thank you Roberta!!! Xx

Grâce à Roberta, nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Venise. L appartement est vraiment enchanteur et luxueux. Toutes les fenêtres proposent une vue imprenable sur le canal, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis privilégiés. Merci encore à Roberta, nous aurons grand plaisir à revenir dans ce lie lu magique!
