Excellent rental. Immaculate at my arrival. Many thoughtful amenities in the kitchen. Well-appointed and comfortable. A renter should notice the spiral staircase ahead of time, because the bathroom is downstairs, while the bedroom is upstairs. If on occasion you must use the bathroom at 3 AM, you will have to negotiate the spiral, a bit slowly, in your groggy condition. There is a WONDERFUL bakery right across the little street, with super-fresh croissants and perfect cappuccino. This immediately was my go-to for breakfast. My box of Cheerios remained unopened. With the one and only caveat that someone with impaired mobility likely should think twice before renting (due to the staircase), otherwise I cannot say enough positive about this comfortable, well-maintained unit.

We have stayed in this location before but in the main house. The 1 bedroom loft suite is exactly as advertised. Close to Mass street and KU. Perfect for an individual or couple.

Easy location, great communication and efficient use of the space. Very comfortable bed and pillows! One of our favorite places in Lawrence!

Debora has been a great host. I actually decided to extend my rental for the duration of this phase of my project due to the solid communication and overall vibe of the space. This is one of the better AirBnBs I have ever stayed in for work. Highly recommended. Lawrence (LFK!) is a great, lively little town with solid culture and this is a centrally located oasis to experience it. The bakery across the street is unbelievable and the tacos down on the corner are tasty and a quick and easy dinner within walking distance. The Convection Oven and Induction Cooktop are lovely and make cooking (and clean up) a breeze. As the fall creeps in, the sliding screen door has been an essential park of my experience as well. Super satisfied. Hope I can stay here for the next phase of my project!

Great property. Centrally located. I don’t recommend this property for anyone with disabilities that prevent climbing stairs. The winding staircase is very narrow and steep. Otherwise, amazing hosts and amazing property, amazing hosts.
