We absolutely loved staying in this very spacious, well-appointed apartment. It had everything we needed, was really comfortable and attractive. it was also very centrally located and convenient. perfect for exploring this fabulous town. Communication was also excellent.

Previous guest comments are accurate- quick communication from the office staff, well located, useful car park (2 spaces), park including childrens play park directly across the road, co-op store within 5 mins walk. House clean but looking rather dated and in need of a refurb. (e.g. shower had obviously leaked over the years and affected the floor just outside the shower room). Like several other people before us we had issues with the electrics tripping and the boiler (Heating & hot water) breaking. Another thing that needs prompt replacement/upgrade. As with the others though, the office staff were very responsive (before 7.30am) and repair men arrived within 4 hours. Unfortunately the repair (which the man did say was temporary) failed again later in the day. However the reaction from Richard's staff was again immediate and helpful, offering us use of an adjacent property for the final night of our stay.

Situated opposite the beautiful park and at the bottom of the hill leading up to the famous Ironbridge, the location is perfect for a relaxing stay. The added bonus of 2 allocated parking spaces is great. The downstairs communal space is generous and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom is a quirky angle but upstairs are 2 nice doubles. The kitchen is easy, with a big fridge freezer and double sink. We know the area very well and the micro pub, restaurants, shops and antique centre are all within easy walking distance.
