A spacious house situated in the heart of Ironbridge, offering guests an ideal place to stay and explore all Ironbridge and Shropshire has to offer. Smart TV's, modern kitchen appliances, comfortable sofas, king-sized beds, outdoor dining space, plus free private parking make the property a great base for families and groups visiting the area! No. 3 The School Path is set in the heart of Ironbridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With three bedrooms and a rear terrace offering a relaxing home-from-home in a stunning location. A hallway, shower room, kitchen and a large lounge/diner with doors opening to the terrace are on the ground floor with twin bedroom plus two king bedrooms and family bathroom to the first floor. Allocated parking for one car on the private car park, additional car parking is available on the public car park opposite. Access to the childrens play area plus green space perfect for dog walking is opposite the property at Dale End Park. A Co-op is also a 2 minute walk from the property. Ironbridge is a world-famous UNESCO heritage site. Featuring a wonderful range of independent restaurants, takeouts and cafes, as well as a host of renowned museums and activity centres. The area itself is relatively quiet, however, on peak summer days you may want to make restaurant reservations ahead of time. Ironbridge itself is a delight to visit but also easily accessible within a half an hour drive are the historic towns of Shrewsbury, Much Wenlock, Bridgnorth and Ludlow. The nearby Blists Hill Victorian Town is also a special place to visit and the River Severn offers many activities along its route. Telford town centre, around a 15 minute drive, offers a shopping mall, many restaurants, two cinemas, bowling, ice skating, and an award winning park which includes adventure golf, sky reach ropes, and fishing. Shropshire offers innumerable outdoor activities including golf, horse-riding, water sports and bicycle tracks. It is a truly special walkers’ paradise.

Richards place was great. Perfect for what we needed. Richard was a good host provided us with everything we needed. Would stay again without question.
gmaps didn't locate the property address but I managed to identify the property on street view using the photos of one of the adjoining properties that Richard also has on Airbnb. The holiday property was very well situated in Ironbridge close to the Co-op and Dale End Park. There were many walks to go on in the local area including some for wheelchair users along a disused railway track and some steeper ones for those who are a bit more able. We visited many English Heritage properties which were close by. Unfortunately the Ironbridge Gorge Museum was closed for maintenance but that means we will have to come back another time as there were a lot of things we didn't manage to fit in to our weeks holiday. The holiday property had a small, well equipped kitchen. The beds were lovely and comfy. The bathrooms were maybe in need of refurbishment. We had a lovely week at No3 and would happily return in the future.
Stayed a couple of nights. Everything exactly as described. Nice park over the road for the kids and handy co-op just down the road.
Great location just across the road to the river and strolling distance to the town centre. A great Co-op just across the road. A very quiet location with private outside space. Beds comfortable and lovely linen. In need of more cups and glasses in the kitchen, 6 just isn’t enough when there are 6 of you. Having to constantly wash up instead of using the dishwasher. The shower is in the downstairs toilet and is in need of some attention as the shower hose ideally needs replacing and tiles were coming of the wall. Overall we had a lovely stay there and would recommend.
Had a lovely time! The team were incredibly responsive and made sure we had all the info needed. Would definitely return!

Ironbridge is a fantastic place to visit, offering a selection of independent pubs, restaurants, cafes, take outs and shops! The well-stocked CO-OP is just a couple of minutes' walk from the house. A car is highly recommended, and Ironbridge acts as a good centre to explore the rest of Shropshire and beyond!
A car is highly advised in order to quickly get around Shropshire. That being said, Ironbridge does have a regular bus service and Telford Train Station is just 10-minute drive away for fast access to Birmingham or Shrewsbury.
