Kelly's listing is great. You get exactly what you see. The pictures match the listing. Perfect setup. Kelly is responsive and is a kind host. I would definetly stay here again.

My family and I were visiting my brother who attends UMD it had plenty of room for all of us and so many fun activities and fans for the teenagers who were with us, and the adults too! The weather wasn’t spectacular so we spent a lot of time inside the house and never got bored! The only thing to note is that, there is a train track right behind the house, hidden by the woods so we were all fairly startled by early Saturday morning wake up call- but mainly because it was snowing and it sounded like thunder lol confused for a second there! Overall great stay. Homey neighborhood. Cozy house.

We had a great stay at Kelly's place. the home was comfortable and perfect for our family get away! Just minor note while there are some kitchen gadgets (plenty of pans, coffee pot, microwave, silverware, plates etc) it was minimally stocked with utensils. one of the bed frames was broken but they were very responsive to take care of anything right away, which was much appreciated! Thank you Kelly for being a great host!

Great home base location for all of our North Shore adventures! The house was big with plenty of rooms and comfortable beds. My kids loved the pool table in the game room. The house was easy to get into, and there were clear instructions. Overall, it was a good place to stay. A few things to improve on: It was a little dirty when we arrived (please take this with a grain of salt- I'm housekeeper, so I notice little things others might not). The entry and steps leading upstairs weren't vacuumed and I also had to sweep a little bit underneath tables where the robot vacuum couldn't reach. The bathroom fan was also pretty dusty, and kitchen sink strainers had some food from the previous guests still in there, and the inside of the fridge could use a good wipe down. Honestly, these were very minor things, but might help to know for future guests. :) We really did enjoy our stay and we were comfortable. Thank you for opening up your home!

Exactly what we needed for two families going to ski at Spirit. Nice to have multiple spaces to hang out, all the great games, pool table, foosball etc. Close to skiing and nice to have driveway to park in. Kelly has many thoughtful touches in the home , big garbage cans in kitchen and baths. Extra cozy blankets on couches. Bath products. We look forward to staying here again.
