We had specifically searched for a house in the UK with a clothes dryer. We checked multiple properties and settled on one after the host confirmed there was a washer and dryer in the facility. We arrived to the house and found two of the toilets broken (toilet seats+leaking basin) and two shower heads that didn’t work properly, one being scaling. We mentioned this to the host and they said they would take care of it but never responded again. There was no dryer and I updated the host and was ghosted. Also the front door lock didn’t work properly and took whole minutes to open the front door. The house is right next to a train track so good luck sleeping through trains going 150kmh. Never use this host!
