Lacking a personal touch, disappointed not to have fresh milk in the fridge, no conditioned in the shower, only two tea bags provided- for two people staying two nights. No iron was provided- although the host was contacted- she wasn't able to drop off until 11.30am the next day- which was too late, as we had commitments on the first night and the second day that required an ironed shirt. We found our stay comparable to a hotel- not an air b&b.

What a beautiful place to stay. Within walking distance of town. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Emelye was amazing from the start to the end. She went above and beyond her duty to ensure a last minute booking on Christmas Eve was arranged for my parents in law. Great host, great accomodation. Thank you Emelye for your time and care.

The apartment was basic but clean and tidy. Our apartment had a strange but persistent smell of curry, which I can only assume came from the pub below. The apartment was noisy due to the loud vents. Also the place shook everytime a large vehicle went by. I wouldn’t call it cosy but a reasonable base if you are out and about exploring Cheltenham as we were.

Very nice accommodation in an excellent location, just a short walk into the centre with all its amenities.
