My family and I had a great experience in Almancil with Basil as host. He was a great host and was easy to contact. The house has a lot of space where you are able to relax with the whole family (we were 12) or by yourself. The heated pool was nice (we chose to pay the extra fee) and it was perfect with the April weather. The wifi was also excellent. The house is located near a lot of fun activities (buggy tours, Faro, beach, shopping mall, etc.) within 20 minute driving distance. Unfortunately, a lot of restaurants were closed when we were there, but there were a lot within walking distance. Overall, an amazing stay and we highly recommend:)

This place was fantastic for our family holiday of 15 of us. The villa was really big and spacious. Lots of different areas to chill out / eat / relax / socialise. Lovely pool area with heated pool. Great selection of games to play and table tennis table. We had a fab week. Basil is a great host. Very quick to communicate with and made our stay seamless.

We had a fantastic week staying at Quinta Pequina to celebrate my mother’s birthday. It is a great villa, with plenty of space and very well equipped. Basil was an amazing host, always on hand to help with any issues and really helpful. We would love to return again in future - many thanks

Basil was a very gracious and friendly host with a lot information and insights to share. His knowledge on where and when to get the best prices at local markets was very useful. Knowing which markets to avoid and where and how we should haggle provide invaluable. He knew the best place to get the cheapeast and best charcoal. Trust me --this was is important as the supermarket charcoal was sub par. Overall we all felt very glad to have stayed where we did and enjoyed the amenities and the property. Thanks Basil for a wonderful week!
