The communications on the day and during our stay were very good. The location is not ideal due to proximity of neighbours. Some issues with quality of fixtures, fittings and matresses. A little low budget for the price paid.

The location was good with great views and beautiful walks, and I want to be honest that the hosts were friendly also, and overall, we enjoyed the stay. The annexe attached to the house itself was modern and fresh, with the use of 2 hot tubs with a large, good outside area to sit. The things I felt that brought the score down were mainly due to the excessive amount of laminated signage around the house. I understand some were useful, but there were signs all around the house, probably around 20-30 A4 instructions (even one on the bathroom with a picture to show the shower curtain to stay "in the bath") I completely appreciate it's someone house and to respect it, but we found that aspect of it not welcoming and some a bit condescending. Also, the downstairs shower was still a work in progress, which would be nice when it was done, and the upstairs bathroom needed a little TLC. After staying and seeing the place, I felt the price we paid of around £650 for 1 night was a bit too much.

Amazing stay at TyNi in Tanygrisiau The property is well equipped so you don't need to bring anything extra from home for cooking etc. Lovely property that has lovely surroundings and is nice and quiet, a perfect get away. The host Mel is very friendly and responsive to messages and sent me all the info I would need to know regarding arrival and property details etc. Plenty of parking space just before and after the property on the street if need be that can accommodate large groups. Brilliant property and host, highly recommended!
