We had an excellent stay. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, as described and as appears in pictures, and has all the basics you need (sheets and bath towels, a well-equipped kitchen, beach toys and chairs, hand soap, shampoo and soap in the shower, coffee capsules, salt/sugar, etc). The furniture and decor are modern. It did feel a little tight for our family of 5 when we had the crib set up and the sofa bed pulled out with all of our luggage, but on the whole it was very comfortable. The location is excellent and walkable - in a very quiet building/street and a 10-minute walk to the Playa de Costilla beachfront and just a couple of minutes walk to a closer beach. There's a free parking lot an easy 3-4 minute walk away. The communication was great; Patricia was very proactive and responsive. This is a great base for a trip to the beach/region. Great value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

Rafael and Luisa are AMAZING hosts. The lovely apartment is modern and feels like a beach house getaway. The property is just a few minutes walk to the beach, cafes, and other attractions. Luisa is very responsive and helped us out a lot! We had a late departing flight and they allowed us to check out late so we had a place to store our bags. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is ideally located for both the beach and also to access all other amenities. The hosts were great, friendly, and super helpful. The people in the neighbourhood were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying there.
