It’s a beautiful and classic colonial house, located on a square in front of the Convent, where there were concerts and Christmas events happening nightly. The decorations and furniture are period-pieces, beautifully curated. Beds were comfy, kitchen was small but functional. We enjoyed the nice details, like having a welcome beer and the lovely breakfast at the cafe next door. The host (we only had contact with Adriana) was exceptionally helpful, with wonderful suggestions of places to visit and great communication. We had a bit of trouble regulating the temperature of the the upstairs shower and the internet was a bit spotty, but still usable. Another thing to be aware of is the apartment has no windows, so the front door is the only source of light. For us this wasn’t a problem, but it can be pretty dark in the bedrooms. Overall, this is an EXCELLENT place to stay, for the location, the beautiful design, the wonderful host, and the feeling of walking back in time.

It was really easy finding and booking the place, and there were people literally next door that were able to let us in, and respond to any queries and requests we had. The breakfast next door was light and fresh. Really fun spot!

Estuve marcando varias veces al Cel de Ricardo Agustín y no me contestó y no fué hasta ya cerca de la hora de mi arribo que me contesto la Sra Adriana encargada de esperarme para la entrega de llave y Ella si se portó muy amable incluyéndonos hasta recomendaciones sobre el poblado y en donde comprar alimentos. Se ofrece un desayuno continental y declinamos el hacer uso de ese servicio debido a que la Sra que atendía el pequeño restaurante estaba sola y tenía a otras 2 mesas por atender y nos iba a hacer perder mucho tiempo y decidimos mejor ir a pagar desayuno a otro lindo lugar muy cerca de ahí llamado La Yerbabuena. El servicio de agua caliente de la habitación de arriba verdaderamente DEPLORABLE pues cuando intentas regular la mezcla de agua sucede que se corta la caliente y nunca regresa. Los escalones de 35 cms son verdaderamente un PELIGRO para cuando uno sube o baja con las maletas y pues lo tuvimos que hacer entre 2 personas para minimizar el riesgo de un accidente.
