Mel was very accommodating and the place was perfect for my family visiting from overseas to attend my father’s 90th birthday which was held at The Skylounge of the Brio Tower. Will definitely book in the future when the need arises.

magnificent balcony view, fast internet, extremely cozy and comfortable. everything you might need during the stay is provided or can be easily purchased at the grocery in the basement. building staff are also friendly and kind host and caretaker are responsive. definitely worth recommending to other guests

We rented Mel’s place because we wanted to stay in Makati explore Manila. The caretaker was waiting for us in the lobby when we arrived and escorted us to the condo and made sure everything was good. Mel was very responsive and friendly, and answered all questions/concerns. The condo was clean and as described. It’s quiet, high up, and the balcony has a nice view of Rockwell. The building is very secured, staff are friendly, and all areas are kept in excellent shape. If you want to stay in Makati, I highly recommend Mel’s place!
