Beautiful, unique apartment and exactly as described. It is very well-appointed and in a fantastic spot within The Abbey. The host was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues whatsoever. So pleased we found this place!

WOW!!! Just WOW!!! We love historic spaces and this condo was just incredible -- built inside the original Abbey while maintaining the original architecture inside the space. Original stained-glass from the Abbey still colored the gleaming space. The columns and curved stonework is still intact and absolutely stunning. The loft space where the master bedroom is located allowed us to look down on stained glass and stonework from above. Lots of modern amenities (indoor pool, gym, etc). Wish we had been able to stay longer. Just a short private walk to town where there are restaurants, a convenience store, and a great coffee shop with kind and personable owners (and gelato - try the million dollar gelato).

This apartment in an abbey setting is one of the most unique Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! The pictures are completely accurate and you are literally surrounded by stained glass windows in the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are on the second floor and the master bedroom is open to the living area downstairs in a loft. The apartment is clean and well stocked and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Highland Club grounds are beautiful and the location is right next to the start of the Loch Ness cruise and to the little town of Fort Augustus.
