Enjoy a relaxing stay on our family homestead, set within private woodland. You’ll have the cottage to enjoy, with views of the mountains, woodland and wildlife. Please note that there is one bedroom with a double bed, and a double sofa bed in the living area. We provide full self-catering facilities, with a well-equipped kitchen. The cottage opens into a small entryway with doors leading to the bathroom, a storage cupboard (with lots of extras inside), a private store room, and the living area, which goes onto the bedroom. The living area is bright and spacious with a full kitchen, dining table for 4, sofa bed, TV, and a work station. Double French doors lead from the living area to the garden and woodland beyond. During good weather you can enjoy cooking outside in the fire pit, or on our suspended grill. You’re also very welcome to explore our fledgling homestead or have a bounce on the trampoline. The climbing frame is for kids only! The bedroom features a comfy double bed with orthopaedic mattress. You can find extra bedding, and a hairdryer in the clothing stand. There’s also a wall mounted mirror for your convenience. The large window faces out into the garden, complete with bird tables. The bathroom is modest, but well equipped, with a large basin, toilet, and standing shower. We provide all the toiletries you should need, plenty of towels and cloths, and a magnified mirror. There’s a baby bath in the storage cupboard too, should you need it. There’s space for muddy boots and wet coats to dry in the cottage.
