The house was clean, warm and very close to the beach. Well equipped. Our dog loved the beach walks. Well situated for local attractions.

The house was perfect for our visit to North Wales. It was spacious, stylish and comfortable. It was perfectly located in a quiet residential area, but a stones throw from a beautiful beach and promenade and a very short drive from shops and pubs. We hadn’t taken our dog and felt guilty because it would be perfect with nice walks on the doorstep. It was a perfect base to explore the area and would love to return. Our hosts were very responsive and quick to respond to a query we had about how to operate the heating system. I’d definitely recommend staying at this fantastic property.

Very well appointed , cosy, well located for visiting the area. Absolutely spotlessly clean. We have stayed in lots of Airbnb and this is one of the best. Perfect for visiting family - we would happily return.

Fabulous location, right on the beachfront. It's mainly a stony beach, but if you drive 5 mins to Rhos on Sea you have a huge stretch of sandy beach. Lovely clean cottage with everything you would need. Had a few days out at Llandudno, Conwy and Welsh Mountain Zoo (well worth a visit). Lovely beach cafe at end of the road (although not dog friendly inside unfortunately). For meals/drinks would recommend The Toad at Colwyn Bay or the Queens Head at Glanwydden - both dog friendly inside. Only point to raise is that the bed in the double room is extremely creaky, every time turned over. Bit annoying! However, lovely stay and would recommend.

I know the area well, having previously lived in the locality, and this place fitted our requirements perfectly. Prior communication was by text and email and, when we arrived, finding the key was simple and as described. Inside, the house was spotless. The kitchen had obviously been updated and was better than the pictures. It was also very well equipped with most of everything you would require; my only criticism would be that some more cups/mugs would be nice. The washing machine was excellent and there was an airer to dry clothes on. Such a simple thing, but it's amazing how many places don't provide you with anything to hang clothes on to dry. The lounge was a nice size with 2 comfortable sofas. The Smart TV allowed you to log in to Netflix and Prime if you have accounts. Upstairs the bedrooms were small, but sufficient. The bathroom was a nice size with a superb shower. Plenty of towels were provided as well. More than happy to recommend as a place to stay.
