Accomodation is amazing and perfect for 6 persons (we were 2 adults and 4 kids, but it would work perfectly also for 6 adults). The house (it is a full house) has all you need. Pool is shared and was great for the kids. Final part of road to access the property might become a bit difficult to drive if your car is low: be careful. Carl and his father are very kind hosts. Really recommended!

We had a fantastic month’s stay at Karl‘s place in Umbria. It’s an absolutely beautiful setting in the middle of the Umbrian hills and exudes peace and Tranquility. The facilities are excellent and Karl is a great host would thoroughly recommend.

Ottima sistemazione tra le colline. La casa è davvero molto gradevole, ben esposta e con un ampio parco che la circonda compresa una bella piscina attrezzata. L'appartamento è ben accessoriato con una cucina attrezzata in modo perfetto. Bagni in buono stato. Pulizia generale ottima. Il giardino è molto ben curato e godibile. Connessione internet di casa: circa 20mb in download e circa 3 mb in upload. Se dovete lavorarci, come ho dovuto fare io, attrezzatevi di router con sim e antenna direzionale. Con quella raggiungerete anche i 25/30 in download e 15 in upload (Tim). La rete di casa prende molto bene anche in giardino. Check in: al momento non è possibile effettuarlo in autonomia, ma si è seguiti dall'ottimo sig. Matteo che darà tutte le indicazioni necessarie per muoversi all'interno dall'appartamento. Mettete in conto circa 10/15 min per arrivare ad Umbertide e poter raggiungere un centro commerciale o un ristorante. Giudizio ottimo, spero di poterci tornare presto!
