Spacious 2 BR/2 BA 1000 sq ft condo in small boutique resort less than a mile from the coast (you can walk to the beach if you wish), hiking, walking distance from Del Mar racetrack/fairgrounds, golf, farmers markets, arts and music festivals, dining, and shopping. Expansive resort condo has full kitchen stocked with cookware and servingware, dining area, comfy living room, large private patio or balcony. This spacious, air-conditioned, 1000 sq ft 2 BR, 2 BA unit easily accommodates 6 people, with king bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in second bedroom, plus queen sofabed in living room.

Wonderful place! Can’t beat the location and the place was very nice. The premises are very clean and the customer service was very good. The owner was a delight to work with as she is very prompt with communication.
The host was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and communicative, gave us suggestions for our family visit and stayed in contact throughout our stay. The unit we stayed in was exactly what we asked for, a townhouse overlooking the courtyard. It was perfect! At the end of each day, we looked forward to relaxing in the hot spa while the kids swam in the pool. We even got to make smores over the fire pits by the pool. We want to come here every summer! Thank you Ellen for a great stay!
Host was friendly and so very helpful! Location was great! Loved the pool area and tennis :) Service and amenities very good. Furniture needs updating.

Great shopping/dining areas very nearby. Whole Foods and other markets just a few blocks away. San Diego is an easy drive or Coaster train ride; other upscale beach towns of LaJolla, Del Mar are just down the road; Orange County/Disneyland is a bit further but still a convenient day trip.
Coaster commuter rail and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner trains stop at the Solana Beach train station that's about 1-1/2 miles from Winners Circle. These scenic, classic train routes are famous for their views and ease of travel between San Diego, coastal towns including Solana Beach, Del Mar, etc, and points north including Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo (where you can continue on to Northern California.)
Shuttles operate between the Solana Beach train stations and Del Mar fairgrounds/racetrack near Winners Circle. Other public transportation is available; see websites for North Coast Transportation District (NCTD) and Del Mar Fairgrounds for more information.
