Nick and Amy have a beautiful place overlooking the Pacific. Enjoyed seeing the Dolphin, surfers and sunsets from the spectacular balcony. They were super responsive to our inquires. We would recommend to anyone wanting a nice view and enjoys walking to local places to eat. Highly recommend the Naked Cafe, a five minute walk away.

I've been fortunate to have stayed here twice (the first time being Sept 2023) and really can't say enough great things about these hosts and their home. Nick and Amy could teach a master class on Airbnb hosting. They are extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating and clearly pay attention to every detail - no matter how small. Anything you could possibly want to know about the unit and the area is included in the app they use, which makes everything from check-in through check-out ridiculously easy / no-stress. The unit itself is spacious and well-equipped. The location in Solana Beach is prime and is walking distance from the Fletcher's Cove beach entrance and many nice restaurants and boutiques. But the pièce de résistance is the home's oceanfront deck and the gorgeous views from the main bedroom and living room. As someone who lived in the area for 8+ years, I can tell you that what they have here is quite rare and worth every penny. I can't wait to return.

Our family of 5 loved Nick’s place. It was walkable to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Best part was the view - we saw dolphins daily from the balcony. Our first visit to San Diego was a success!!
