Overall the condo was great; I would definitely recommend it. The location & view doesn't get any better! We saw dolphins every day. A few reasons it doesn't get 5 stars. First, we chose this condo for the view. The windows looking out to the ocean were awesome. However, when we first walked into the condo we noticed the numerous bird poop streaks running down the master bedroom windows and the glass on the patio deck. It was disappointing to have the beautiful view obstructed by the streaks. There were a few stains on the master bed duvet. Finally, the fridge and RO water dispensers did not work. Stubbs was responsive and sent a handyman over, whom said he fixed it, but it was not fixed and still did not dispense water. But don't let these minor things deter you from staying here. I would stay here again, and would rent from Stubbs again!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! Beautiful view,spacious,bright and clean. Solana is a beautiful town with much to do locally!

Stubbs was responsive. The heater was not working the first night, we called Stubbs and they sent maintenance person to fix it right away. The view is gorgeous, especially sunset!

Absolutely breathtaking ocean view right out of the patio!! Condo is well stock and clean. Highly recommended.

The view from the balony is breathtaking. Its a large 2 bedroom apartment with well equiped kitchen. Beach is few steps.
