This is a lovely, comfortable apartment -- kind of retro in style, unpretentious but nice. Problems are that it needs some upkeep. The kitchen sink is connected somehow to like 4 other condos in the same building and when one backs up, they all do -- it was three days before the back-uped sink was fixed and the sewer smell was not so pleasant. Also, the controls for the heaters are hard to move, and there is a leak from the hot water faucet in the master bedroom that (because the apartment has settled on a bit of an angle )-- puts a lot of water in the left hand corner of the sink. The owner needs to pay some attention to these problems -- the realty company ("Bo") is not in a position to fix them. All said, I'd enjoy staying there again, but I would like to know some attention has been paide to the apartment needs OR that the price has been lowered to compensate.

Great location and beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The place was clean and well-supplied with everything one needs other than food and personal items. The interior, furniture and appliances are dated but this was indicated in the listing. Everything worked though. No air conditioning and it was hot while we were there in August/early September. Overall, a nice experience and good value.

amazing location! This condo is pretty much on top of the ocean. There are also lots of places walking distance from the condo. The only note is that he place and appliances are a bit old and need some tlc. Also, there are families with kids in the neighboring condos, so if you are looking for a place to party, this probably isn't it. Great place for a family to stay though!

Spectacular views and beach! We just loved walking the beach each morning and sitting on the balcony each evening watching the waves and sunset. Thanks so much!
