Smaller than a hotel room! If somebody is staying in unit next to this one, you can hear them very clearly and therefore be sure they can hear you due to very thin walls. Outside of those two issues, place was clean, good shower with most toiletries provided by host and check in was very easy.

It was our second time staying there. It was once again so cozy and nice. Pleasantly surprised at the new arrangement done the place, definitely made it look more spacious. We loved staying there.

This was a really nice property -absolutely what I expected based on the photos. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the rental was comfortable, clean and just a short driving distance to parks, dining and shopping. The property consisted of two units, the house and an adjoining renovated garage. We rented both units which made for an ideal set-up for our multi-family get-together. We stayed a Thursday through Sunday to attend my grandson’s graduation from boot camp with extra time to take in local sights. It was wonderful being so close to the main road but also being in such a quiet neighborhood. A book of recommended restaurants and places to visit was provided which came in handy. We never had to contact the hosts, as everything was in order and well communicated. The house and surroundings were great. The house was the perfect size for us and the kitchen had everything we needed. The large backyard was nicely landscaped with nice patios and garden. I enjoyed looking out the kitchen window and watching the hummingbirds that showed up each day. Everyone in the group enjoyed their stay and had no complaints. Would definitely book this rental again if we visit the area again.

Perfect little studio looks like this was once a garage. Walls are thin and we could hear the barking from the main house we could not hear talking but the dogs could hear us and barked every time we would talk. Bed was comfortable. Two wicker chairs for seating . Bathroom was pretty
