Wonderful site

Check in was a hassle. I booked a site with a concrete pad and shed. When I arrived they informed me that a site like that was not available and would cost more than I was paying. They tried to tell me that my RV was not up to their standards and they would need to cancel my reservation. I informed them that they had my RV information from the booking and that the ad stated what type of site I was booking. After a few days they finally placed me on the site that was pictured in the reservation (they were NOT happy about it). They would send people to look at our site and others to ask when we were checking out (We pre-booked for 3 months). It was a uncomfortable stay. They also do not state in the adds that the west side is right by the highway so you here highway traffic all day and night. Although the management staff was not always pleasant and I had those issues, the maintenance staff was nice and accommodating, the halls, shower houses, laundry facilities, and pools were well taken care of.

I was a little bummed that there was not wifi throughout the park even though the page said there was when I booked. That has since been removed from the page. You just have to go closer to the certain buildings to get wifi. The space between and the roads are pretty narrow for a large RV park, but they are well kept. I did not have access to a shed like was posted even though I had long-term booking. I do like my spot though since it is so close to laundry! Overall, I would book here again!

This campsite had run down campers in the area and was not like the pictures we saw on Airbnb. We also had an after hours emergency. My husband went to wash his hands at the water spicket at the campsite and the pipe literally came out of the ground. Water immediately gushed about 15 ft in the air and to the left directly at the table we were working on our computer at. We immediately called the emergency number that was given to us at check-in only to find out the emergency crew lived an hour away and there was no one to call on site. The host obviously does not think it's important to check major utilities before allowing guests to stay. We will never go back there. We had gone to that Park a couple of weeks previously but didn't have any issues. We were at a different site this time. If you do decide to stay here make sure and check the utilities to make sure they are stable and working. The park did agreed to cancel and reimburse us for the days we were going to stay.
