The house has a beautiful private pool that is completely fenced in. It is a quiet place for a relaxing Puerto Rican vacation on the Southeast side of the island of Patillas. It is ideal for a family who wishes to spend a pleasant stay in complete tranquility, far from the madness of hotels. It is located 1.30 to 2 hours from San Juan Luis Munoz Marin Airport. It is a spacious 2nd story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the main floor, and an extra full bathroom downstairs. It is fully equipped with full-size appliances and completely furnished. We provide regular linen, pillows, and towels. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking (pots and pans), knives, spoons, cups, and plates—a coffee machine and a microwave. Parking - Only provide parking for 2 cars. Important Note about Supply items We only provide a few basic items for the first 3 days of your reservation. 1. Only provide a limited amount of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and shampoo. 2. We do not provide laundry soap. There is a store close by the house where guests can buy those items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store.
