Great place to have a nice relaxing get away. It has a sandy beach front and a dock to tie up your boat to if you have one. Micheal supplied bottled water for your stay even though the water is safe for you to drink. Micheal answered any questions right away. Wifi was great too. We will be back next year.

Micheal and Marnie are wonderful people that went above and beyond for our week at Lake Lauzon. The camp and property has everything you will ever need. Honestly can’t complain about a thing. I hope to repeat for many years to come. Thank you!

Micheal and his lovely wife are phenomenal. They are super nice and accommodating. The property is perfect, and Micheal has everything that you need on the property (canoes, kayaks, floaties, fire wood, picnic table, shaded area and life jackets). The lake was clean. The beach is perfect for kids as it's shallow for a fair distance. The cabin itself a small but perfect. Kitchen has everything you need and they included bottled water and a wine bottle. Needless to say, we loved our stay.

Michael’s beachfront cottage was a nice and bright space for our family of 4. We travelled with a 13yr old and 15yr old - both were quite comfortable in the bunk bed room with double bed on bottom, single on top. There was no ceiling fan in that room but the window is large and slides open, and there was a great tower fan provided with multiple settings. The kids were happy to have their own TV/VCR combo in their room with plenty of movies. The master is small but comfortable with a queen bed. I prefer a soft mattress and this was a firm one but I was plenty comfortable for our stay. Plenty of pillows were available, and extra linens. The bathroom has a great tub shower with multiple settings and the bathroom was stocked with everything you would need. The living room had comfortable seating, Netflix and DVD player, as well as a bunch of DVDs. We also made use of their board games on one of our evenings. There are two fire pit areas which were both great - one up the hill by the cottage (fireplace style) and one down beside the beach. We stayed in July and the days and nights were comfortable without A/C because of the ceiling fan in the master and kitchen area. The fans have 3 speeds and helped immensely with keeping the humidity down. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cook ware you would need, as well as condiments and spices. The fridge and stove are apartment sized which was plenty functional for our needs and short stay. There was a deck off the kitchen with a new BBQ, dining area and 2 loungers. We actually did not eat out there because the deck had debris(acorns, leaves) from the trees above and we just didn’t take the time to clear it off the table/chairs. The deck space is small but functional and was a great space for our dog to be outdoors as it is all enclosed (no stairs down). We could not say enough about how our kids enjoyed all the outdoor ‘toys’ at the beach. Michael has provided a floating lounger, large water mat, multiple water guns, sand toys as well as kayaks and a canoe. There were plenty of new Muskoka style chairs at the beachside as well as a few loungers. The beach is sandy and gradually gets deeper. The lake is lovely and we enjoyed kayaking to the island. Michael was a responsive host when we needed him and otherwise we did not see anyone around. The property has plenty of space and privacy. It was an absolute pleasure to have our family vacation at the beachfront cottage!
