With a short 7-10 minute walk to Tamarindo Beach, this clean and bright one bedroom is an excellent place to stay. Includes wifi, its own fridge and microwave, 3-piece washroom, air conditioning, television (with HDMI port for your streaming device) and on the property there is a swimming pool, tennis court, and gym. The property is gated, well lit and includes free parking and night security. This condo is a 7-10 minute walk or a 2-minute drive to Tamarindo Beach. There is another beautiful beach about 5 minutes drive away called Langosta Beach. Restaurants, from local Costa Rican fare to International food options, are walking distance from this property. Shopping for clothes, groceries or tourist items, pharmacies and tour companies willing to take you anywhere in the country are also only down the street. Just ask us if you are looking for something you need and we will point you in the right direction!

The accommodation was nice and sparkling clean. We arrived early, a early check in was no problem. The complex offers a pool and barbecue areas which can be used. Steph an John are nice people, they were helpful with any issues and replied quickly.
Jonathan and Stephanie are amazing hosts! Hospitable and gracious! Got to experience local sites like the ‘night market’ and try fabulous local cuisine with great reccos! Love the personalized hand drawn “Welcome” sign, nice touch! Gracias. Pur Vida!

This was a perfect stay. Stephanie was so responsive, welcoming and helpful. The place itself is somewhere quiet and safe, very close to all places within tamarindo. I would highly recommend anyone staying here!
Awesome hosts, lovely family lives next door. Extremely accommodating and helpful. The condo complex is well maintained and I felt extremely safe there. The room was exactly as shown in photos. It is on the third floor but the elevator works great if you want it vs an outdoor staircase which was pretty and clean.
