Great wifi, good shower with lots of hot, softened water and plenty of pressure, firm mattress and great pillows. Excellent location near the Riverwalk, entertainment venues and the Public Market and all sorts of restaurants. If you want to be downtown and need only a comfortable, quiet place to sleep, cook simple food or get food delivered, and a great bathroom to get cleaned up in, this will do you nicely. We'll be back!

The location is great, it was convenient to have parking right downtown, and the place was clean. Check-in was complicated but overall worked out fine. We had a number of small issues while we were there, though, and never received acknowledgement of our messages to the hosts explaining them.

Chris's place was a nice stay. With the little hiccup upon arrival with having the place needed to be cleaned and turned over. Chris was very responsive to having everything worked out and making our stay comfortable during the time at his place.
