The property is located in the foothills of western Ghats spread across 50 acres of land. The accommodation with various facilities (swimming pond, boating pond, trails, reservoir etc) is along side various plantations and forest trees that is a treat by itself. The property also has a commercial kitchen that provides vegetarian food to our patrons at a reasonable cost. The property is located about 15 Kms away from Puttur. You would love this property if you want to get lost in the nature’s beauty. It’s a great place to enjoy with friends too.

We had a great time. Aakash is really honest and helpful. He picked us up and took care of the meals. Accommodation is in the mountains with a great view and really nice swimming pool. Room was very clean and well organized. So, we would recommend this place for sure. Altho it's a little far from the village, for us (without transportation) it was doable by walk and taking a rickshaw. Aakash, tnx for your help, you made this place amazing!
The estate and the stay was amazing!
We had a great time at Aakash's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

There are various historic temples about 1hr-2hr away (Subramanya temple, Dharmastala, Shishila, Puttur Mahalingeshwara etc)
Beaches are about 1.5hrs away (Mangalore)
Cars are best way to get around to nearby towns or tourist spots.
Within the property bicycles and walks are recommended.
