We chose KC's accommodation due to its great location in SBMA and it didn't disappoint. Conveniently located adjacent to Ayala Harbor Point and within easy walking distance to both the beach and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Accommodation was well appointed and spotlessly clean. KC was a great host. Information on the property was accurate and replies to any questions we had was immediate. Can highly recommend if you are looking for a nice apartment within SBMA. The 2 security guards overseeing the apartment building were super friendly too.

Being American, I was happy to have a shower with a lot of hot water. The kitchen was good and it’s walking distance to a mall, olongapo downtown, a duty free grocery store and the beach

KC’s Apartment was everything I was looking for. I’ve stayed at many places in Subic Bay KC’s Apartment is the best I stayed to date.

KC was very helpful and accomdating. Also got to work for 8hrs with stable connection with MS Teams Meetings
