Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is truly breathtaking. Right on the water, large private lot, huge wrap around deck, quality BBQ and a fire pit. There is even a horse right by the cottage that likes to come say hi! WiFi is fast, large TV in the living room and a small TV in each bedroom, all equipped with Satellite TV. The only downside to the space is the fact there are a few things that need to be repaired, and given the price to stay there, should be done. One of the window frames is broken and is taped on the outside to make it weather proof, though not sure how well it keeps the bugs out. The screens on both the front and back door are in rough shape, which we learned the hard way on night 1 and we ended up swarmed with noseeums. The heat pump has a cover that is meant to come up when it's turned on but it doesn't, so you have to fiddle with it otherwise it wll block the air flow. in fiddling, we could see the filters haven't been cleaned in a very long time

This cottage exceeded our expectations! It was in an idyllic, peaceful location overlooking the water with an unobstructed view. The sunrise was spectacular. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats coming to check on the mussel farms each morning. The cottage was very well furnished with comfortable chairs in dining room and living room and the beds and linens were comfortable and great quality. The horse in the paddock behind the cottage (belonging to the home behind the porperty) provided an added bit of entertainment!

Our visit at Dean’s place was so much more than we could have expected. Views were simply breathtaking. Hope to be back again, soon.

From the deck, to the lawn, to the living room, the view was so breathtakingly incredible. We had packed our schedule full of must sees and to do's, but we loved this location so much we took an entire day just to sit back and enjoy the property. Everything was super clean, the washer and dryer were very convenient, and the national parks were a close distance.
