Upon getting to the house, I noticed that there were warnings about not having anyone on the top bunk over 90 pounds. It was odd, but my kids are young (less than 50 pounds), so I thought it would be fine. Wrong! The top bunk collapsed while one of my kids was underneath. She was able to hold it up long enough that I could grab it and she could get out ( I heard her screams from downstairs). I also had another child on top, so 2 kids narrowly escaped injury. Clearly there was a known issue with the bunk bed and Evolve neglected to address it. When I complained, they ignored my messages. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else that cares about safety and is responsive to customers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four day, three night stay in Millville. Check-in was a breeze. The house was beautiful and very spacious. Extra perk was the master bedroom on the first floor and the kids took over the upstairs! Very clean and decorated nicely. Host was very responsive and helpful!! Great location; close to surrounding beaches and even had a pool that we took full advantage of. Will definitely stay with them again…thanks for a great trip!!!

The place was nice and clean and the host was very responsive. We were traveling with three young kids and appreciated that they had their own little living area and bathroom upstairs. Also loved that it is right next to the grocery store, had a full kitchen with everything we needed, and just a short drive to the beach. The garage enters right into the laundry room which made it great for dealing with sandy clothing and towels. Nice quiet neighborhood, and I loved the oversized tub in the en suite. We hope to stay here again next year!

My family's stay here was very enjoyable. Communication was great. Location was very convenient to Bethany Beach as well as a grocery store. The house has fabulous decor and comfy furniture, and the kitchen is very well stocked to be able to really cook, which we love to do! I definitely highly recommend!
