Stayed here on Master's weekend - excellent value though being an easy 1 hour drive to Augusta. Very quiet corner of a very quiet lake (don't know how much that changes in the summer). Many, many casual restaurants right in Lexington (within 7 minutes), but for my upscale dinners, I found lots of choices in Columbia (about 25 min). One of the main features I had been looking for was the relaxing hot tub, and even with the small extra charge to heat it, was well worth it. Many amazing birds and the turtles are fun to watch as well. I was alone but I believe that this would be comfortable for 4 people if willing to share a bathroom.

Beautiful place. Delores was very helpful with the check-in instructions. The 180 degree lakefront view was awesome, too.

We visited town to be close to my college son’s track meet at CIU. It was perfect…beautiful, relaxing, very nice, and convenient. Everything was easy & we were provided with plenty of clear instructions for everything, in addition to quick responses for any questions we had. Our favorite part was relaxing outside beside the pool, looking out at the lake, listening to the sounds of nature. Our daughter loved watching for turtles! Overall, our stay was just what we were looking for & we would definitely visit again!
