Immaculate, well maintained 1st floor condo in the GOLD COAST of OCNJ. Ocean side of West Avenue and just 2.5 blocks to the beach. Beach chairs , bicycles and beach tags available for renters. Guests will need to supply own linens, blankets and towels. Kitchen is fully operational with all dishes, utensils, glasses, appliances, blender, coffee maker, etc available. Wifi, YouTubeTV, Roku TV.

Great accommodations! Jennifer made sure that her rental was furnished with everything we needed to have a great family vacation! It was comfortable and homey with all the updated amenities from the coffee pot to the ice machine to the great tvs. We loved using the garage for our beach chairs and umbrellas. It helped us keep this very clean house sand free! One of our best stays in Ocean City! Thanks!
We had a great stay in Ocean City. The house is clean, well decorated and in a perfect location-close to everything. Also included are bikes, beach chairs and other beach essentials. Overall a great place.

Great location and home for a family gun shore vacation. Short walk to the beach, parks, places to eat. Lots of kid-friendly amenities for outdoor play.
