A group of longtime friends do a fall weekend getaway every year but unfortunately this year we had to find different lodging at the last minute. Very fortunately, I came across this great condo of Edward's that was available for our dates, at a decent price, and in a perfect location for us. The condo is nicely decorated with lots of amenities included and fit our needs perfectly. Staying in this condo plus the lovely fall weather in OCNJ on our weekend, made for a wonderful, relaxing escape for all of us. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch during the day and being cozy by the fireplace in the evening. Thanks so much, Edward!

Wonderful fall getaway. Ed responded right away. 2nd floor unit was very clean with updated kitchen living room with gas fireplace and large screen TV. Beds were comfortable with master bath. Rooftop deck great for stargazing.

We were very pleased with our stay. The place was well-stocked with extra paper towels, toilet paper, trashbags, etc as well as having a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and very nicely decorated. It isn't near the boardwalk but the beach is within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was super cozy. We only wish we had stayed longer! One side note is the fact that the unit is up three flights of stairs which was fine for the younger ones in our group but hard for the older ones! All in all we had a great stay!

Beautiful,spacious,immaculate beach house . What a great find ! This home is gorgeous and provides all the comforts of home . Kitchen is well stocked , towels (batch and beach ) along with sheets for all bed sizes are all available with a simple ask that you wash and return to closets before leaving . The garage has open space if you elect to park in there and it also offers all beach essentials (chairs / beach wagon toys etc ) We loved sitting on the porch which is set up beautifully and the roof top deck has a great set up for night gatherings. Home offers a quick walk to beach and close to boardwalk and local shops . Ed provided access information well before our arrival date/time - home was In perfect order. We will definitely return - it was a wonderful few days the weather was amazing- we hated to leave ! Thank you to the Rizzo family for sharing their beautiful beach home !!!!

Honestly such a great stay! Well priced. Fully stocked house. Tons of towels, sheets, detergent, paper products, trash bags, sandwich bags, beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, beach carts/wagons. honestly if all you brought was clothes you could have a great beach vacation. The rizzos were kind and easy to communicate with - they even let my parents text them! 10/10
