My husband and I came here to get away for a relaxing weekend and Lisa’s place was perfect! Everything was easy to use, there were clear instructions and the cottage was very clean. EVERY detail was thought of. Lisa even left us delicious fresh donuts from a local orchard! We didn’t cook, but if we wanted to, the kitchen was fully stocked (minus the flood of course, but there were sugar packets and little coffee creamers). There are multiple food options and a grocery store only 10 minutes away and the food was delicious (Valatie Bar and Grill and Broad Street Bagel Co). Even though we came off season, the view was beautiful. We will look to come back again sometime next summer! Thank you again Lisa and Steve!

We had a wonderful stay with Lisa. We loved the beautiful lakeside location, and really appreciated Lisa's hospitality. Highly recommended!

the house is very cute and welcoming, the view of the lake is beautiful. the weekend we were there was raining, so didn't get to do any Kayaking and use the deck with nice lounges and outdoor dining. nor sit out by the fire pit. it's a really bad, for we would enjoy it more. I would love to revisit during the summer.

I needed a few days away to read, relax, and also wanted to swim and kayak. I was able to find all of that here. Lisa was super helpful and responsive and her place is so well-appointed and decorated. Tea for when you want to sit and relax, nice throws for when you need a little warmth, comfortable beds and plush linens. But the best part - 2 decks and a dock and a lake! I was able to kayak multiple times and swim. And I read 3-4 books during my stay. It was perfect. I'd love to go back sometime.
