The penthouse is as advertised. Beautiful view and all the amenities you need. Nicole was extremely responsive throughout our trip, and we had a great stay.

Nicole’s place is the perfect choice! We had teens and preteens with us, so the insight pool and bar was the go-to in our downtime. Her place has a spacious balcony that overlooks the ocean and the Penthouse is very nice! The pictures describes her place in its entirety! The Wi-Fi went down for the whole building for a little bit, which was no one’s fault….but Nicole definitely accommodated us and sent the necessary items to make Mojitos and the choice of beer beverage! She definitely went above and beyond and was very responsive. Her digital guidebook took a ton of pressure off of trying to navigate the area🙌🏽. She even included a digital map! We were able to check in an hour early but had to wait a little before. No worries there, our luggage was stored safely and we were able to browse the area. It was the first time in MX and with a Host like Nicole, you will definitely want to book her place!!!

Nicole’s place was clean and really close to everything so we could walk a lot of placesHowever the housekeeping is the reason I gave it 4 stars. They took our towels at 10am and told us they would bring us new ones at 12pm. By 2pm we had to go downstairs and ask for some. Also the phone in the room doesn’t work.
