Great place to stay. Very nice. Close to golf cart paths.If you have mobility problems, I would stay away as the back door is down some stairs that are made of railroad ties and do not have a railing but for others this should not be a problem. This was a great value. Place is very clean and well kept. It is very spacious and has very nice appliances. I would certainly stay there again.

Great private basement with easy access. I rented the main floor of the house, as well and was able to enjoy the whole house with family and friends. Maria Alejandra was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

We stayed in the basement apartment for almost a week while visiting family in the area and it was perfect for our needs. Great location with some food and convenience options within walking distance and everything else within a short drive. We also did some remote work while at the unit and found the internet to be fast and reliable. Communication with our host Maria was stellar!
