We moved from out of state and needed a place to stay for about a month while construction was wrapping up on our new home. I'm so glad we chose this rental. It had pretty much everything we needed, was in a quiet area, and centrally located. The place was modern and clean. We didn't really need much from our hosts as they'd already thought of pretty much everything, but Aaron was friendly when we saw him around the property and quick to respond to questions. Bonus points: an outstanding little coffee shop just at the edge of the neighborhood.

This was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and spacious. The view was breathtaking. Any issue we had was fixed in an expedient manner. They post that there are normal family noises above, however, they do have 5 kids and you hear them from 6 am until 8-9 pm. The footsteps are definitely 100% audible. If you're an early riser this shouldn't be a problem and the apartment would be worth it. We tried using earplugs and that wasn't sufficient for blocking out the noise. BUT when it became too much of an issue they changed our checkout dates and accomodated us with one of their other listings. Overall definitely recommend Amber and Aaron as hosts.

Over the course of the past year and the need to work remote I have been staying in Arbnb's across the nation to be close to family. I have to say this Arbnb was one of the nicest places I have stayed. Very roomy, and the quality of the furniture, the artwork, bedding, dishes was great. Loved the outdoor patio, to watch the sunset and/or enjoy reading a book.

We liked their place so much we came back a second time. Very convenient for the Red Mountain Wineries.
