Cute place in a quiet, safe neighborhood! If staying in the Surprise area, I would stay again without hesitation.

Getting there and checking in was easy. Very quickly we realized we didn’t have enough essentials for a 6 week stay. I messaged the host and she was quick to respond. The owner had a big jeep in the garage which made getting in and out of our vehicle difficult and when we were offered a golf car to use I messaged the host and they quickly removed the vehicle. We had our kids and grandson come down for a week and they said the beds in the guest room were so hard that it was difficult to get a good nights rest. The grill and fire pit were a nice touch.

I especially liked the shower pressure and volume. Using the community facilities requires the purchase of a $200 each CAM card.
