The home was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen is well stocked, and plenty of linens to accommodate all of us. It is a big home with lots of space for a large family gathering.

We spent Thanksgiving here with 8 adults and 3 kids ages 2-5. we hosted 2 additional guests for dinner on Thanksgiving day amd there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was large enough to give us all privacy. The kids absolutey loved it, especially with the pool. We paid to have it heated but the pool was cloudy the entire time we were there. We never reported it since we didn't care too much growing up with pools we understood. The backyard is beautiful not much unused space for the kids to run around but there is a playground right across the street. There were plenty of towels and sheets and a washer and dryer to clean things as you go. There was no exhaustive list of what is expected of you which was nice. We lived like at home so we kept the house clean the whole time. We had more than enough laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods provided and that says something for hosting Thanksgiving for 13!!! We thankfully had family close by to bring some sauce pans!

The place was immaculate, and the kitchen allowed full prep and serving for the group. The pool area allowed comfortable conversation and eating area.
