We loved Tammy’s house. The location was perfect, super clean, and so many amenities! We stayed for a month and wish it could have been longer. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience southwest Florida.

We stayed there January and February. It was a beautifully furnished home. We loved all the windows that made it bright and airy. Furniture was very comfortable. Beds were excellent. The kitchen was well stocked for a long stay. We would  definitely stay there again. Tammy always responded immediately. She was an excellent host.

I can not say enough great place and outstanding hospitality!! Tammy was extremely communicative throughout our stay. A+++ The property was well maintained and very comfortable. Easy access to main roads and very quiet along the canal. I would recommend this property and host to everyone that is looking to stay in that area!! Looking forward to being back in the area and hoping the property is available. Thanks again Tammy. Your amazing and so is your property.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Tammy’s home! It reminds me of the old Florida I grew up with! A beachy themed, cute as a bug, bright and cheery bungalow. It was perfect for our needs. The beds slept extremely well! The house is WELL equipped with lots of necessary items; she makes sure you want for nothing. We had a problem with a toilet seat and Tammy’s husband was quick to fix it. Overall, you will be pleasantly surprised with Tammy’s place. It’s close to Punta Gorda, the beaches, and restaurants! And the price is perfect!!

Tammy is an awesome host! She met us at the house for check in which was a nice personal touch. We were impressed with the fresh flowers, snacks, coffee pods, cleaning supplies. The house has a nice yard on a small canal. We enjoyed seeing daily wildlife, as well as using the grill and fire pit. The location is perfect to all that both Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte have to offer as well as Interstate 75 to get to the Gulf Beaches. Thanks Tammy for making us feel so comfortable. We'll be back!
