Fantastic stay. Jenny and Matt were very accommodating throughout. So friendly and helpful. They even gave our kids a tour of the chickens and the poly tunnel where the veg was grown - the kids loved it. Lovely accommodation and a great spot to explore the local area. Thank you again for a brilliant holiday.

Absolutely superb. Rustic and charming. A typical quaint 1700s cottage. Jenny sorted our fire out, gave us eggs from her hens and gave such wonderful advice able the area. The Irish hospitality is in full flow here and it’s a very warm special place. My dad and mom lived in Ireland in the 70s and they tell me stories of how they were treated so well by the local people and accepted as one of them. It’s easy to understand their stories now. Fully recommended.

This stunning cottage was made even better by the kindness and great hosting of Jenny and Matt. We really felt taken care of. The cottage gave us peaceful scenery but also the freedom to visit nearby towns, including Gleandalough. It was cosy, warm, and the eggs were a lovely touch. Really recommend if you need a city getaway and you can drive.

Highly recommend a stay here at this gorgeous cottage. The photos don’t do the house justice - it is spacious yet cosy and lots of little quirky features to make it truly unique. The best part of our stay was Jenny and her incredible hospitality. We enquired in advance whether we could have a later check out as we had an evening ferry, which Jenny was very happy to accommodate. When my daughter then became poorly while we were staying, Jenny allowed us to stay until 5pm without charge. This act of kindness made a massive difference and we are beyond grateful! The location is gorgeous, very quiet with good access to local amenities. Thank you!
