People hear ranch and may not know what to expect. Property was beautiful. Staff were friendly & very accommodating. The cabins were clean and felt homey. There was a mini fridge & coffee bar. The water got nice & hot and tub was relaxing. The air conditioning was nice and cold. The animals were well taken care of. The animal tour guide was very knowledgeable. The dinner at the Whitehorse was phenomenal. Had the perfect ambience. The owners made sure to meet you throughout your stay. The property had lots of things to keep you occupied such as axe throwing, Jenga, cornhole, and a pit to sit around and make s’mores. Best part was that they respected the animals and would not force them to interact. I love that the space is limited so it’s more peaceful & more personable. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to use the cowboy pool or hot tub but we will on our next visit.

Words can’t truly describe how amazing this place is , the staff , the host , the premises and the food . Everyone here works countless hours to ensure guest feel welcome and at home . We would recommend to anyone wanting a truly magical stay 💖

Our trip exceed our expectations! From the moment we got there we felt like our home away from home. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and cutely decorated. The animals were all amazing. We did the brunch animal encounter and every animal was well cared for. The staff all were knowledgeable about all of them. I have a dairy allergy and they accommodated my meal. We also swam with the otters they were super playful. Our girls ages 6 and 4 were in love with the property. They loved walking around feeding the animals, and playing on the playground. We can’t wait to come back. I can’t say enough great things!

I booked this a week before not knowing what this magical place was. But sooo happy it all worked out. My kiddos had a blast! We stayed for two nights and we did the brunch for my young kiddos. It was perfect for us. If you do not book the restaurant side it is still a fun and relaxing place to be and you can feed some of the animals and walk the grounds. But if are able to do it say do it. Everyone there is kind and amazing. Hopefully one day we can make it back again!
