Beautiful location and Dave was a very responsive host. The furnace broke but the wood burning stove was more than adequate to keep the place warm, and he told us about the issue prior to arrival. Found it a little odd that the refirdgerator was full of food and there were perishables left in the kitchen, but the place was clean. Hot tub was not the cleanest, probably due to the windstorm that blew the cover off. WiFi worked great for my wife and I. Overall lovely place and a very nice stay.

This had to be one of the most well stocked AirBnBs I've ever stayed in. Absolutely everything was thought of: flip flops by the back door on the way to the hot tub, instructions for how to operate all of the electronics, and a fridge & cupboard with all of the needed basics. Dave was an excellent communicator and check-in was a breeze. Not to mention, the house itself was gorgeous and the views were really amazing. We ended up sitting out on the patio looking over the mountains almost the entire time we were there! Will definitely be staying again when we're in the area!

Great spot - perfect location just outside Boulder. Host was really good at communicating and incredibly friendly. Will stay here again for sure if we come back.
