there were 9 people in our party. we had lots of room for privacy and gatherings. 2 kitchens which came in handy for making meals. extra refrigerator for food. overall this place was fabulous

Panguitch is a very small town. But only 25 minutes from Bryce Canyon that we were going to. The home was very clean and brand new. Pictures were spot on. We had ran out of propane for the BBQ, and the response was brilliant. We were cooking within 20 minutes. We have neighbors thinking of going to Bryce Canyon soon. Our recommendation is definitely going to Trista’s Airbnb!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations were great and there was plenty of room for our three families as well as Grandma and Grandpa. We chose to stay in Panguitch because it was close to Bryce Canyon National Park which was amazing. I would recommend this location to anyone whether they had a large family or wanted to stay with several friends.

This was perfect for our two-family vacation to Bryce and Kodachrome. We had no problems getting in, and adding a day (that was not already reserved) to the reservation was easy and quick. The house is great. The layout is not currently on the Airbnb listing, but the primary is on the main floor and is HUGE. It has the small media room off of it. Also on the main floor is a hallway that has two bunk rooms and a room with a queen bed (and a full bath). Upstairs are two rooms with a queen and twin and one with a queen. The layout is helpful for me, so I'm just adding it here. We appreciated having extras in the house, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and spices. It was so convenient not to have to bring everything or buy more that needed to be transported home. There is a grocery store super close. Just a heads up...if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking at the house the pans aren't the best. This place is wonderful. We'd come again without hesitation.
